Orders placed are expedited every Friday and Saturday of any given week. Funding for all orders are not recouped until AFTER the order has been shipped. AlbrightCuisine relies solely on the dependability of UPS services to deliver product to your door. No signature will be required. All products shipped through USPS. AlbrightCuisine is not responsible for the condition of the shipping box once it has reached your door, but will replace product that has been damaged in transit. Just call (888) 3WAFFLE to speak to Mrs. Albright and she will handle the matter in the most reasonable manner.
All credit card transactions are handled by Stripe and Paypal. Any and all e-commerce issues should be handled with them directly. Credit card information is not shared with GlynisKitchen.com. Our Shopping Cart is set up just to market the product while Stripe and Paypal make the transactions for us.
