Recipe: Waffles For One Person

  • 1 egg (whip on high for 15 minutes)
  • 6 tablespoons of heavy whipping cream (mix until thick and then whip until fluffy)
  • 3 tablespoons of Glynis’ Waffle Mix (Mix until incorporated; a few seconds)Scrape bowl with rubber spatula. Fill waffle iron almost to the rim. Mix will be light and fluffy.Use a Belgian waffle iron with deep pockets for best results.Voila!!!2 light and crispy waffles
