Recipe: Waffles For One Person
- 1 egg (whip on high for 15 minutes)
- 6 tablespoons of heavy whipping cream (mix until thick and then whip until fluffy)
- 3 tablespoons of Glynis’ Waffle Mix (Mix until incorporated; a few seconds) Scrape bowl with rubber spatula. Fill waffle iron almost to the rim. Mix will be light and fluffy. Use a Belgian waffle iron with deep pockets for best results. Voila!!! 2 light and crispy waffles
